If your order was partially or completely cancelled, your gift card will be credited directly. You can use the credited amount to make a new purchase, either online or in a physical shop. If your purchase was made using a debit card or PayPal payment method, and if the refund is greater than the gift card total, your bank account will be credited with the difference.
