Do all my purchases count towards points?

As a member of the loyalty programme, you can earn Loyalty Points by purchasing Roxy products or eligible third-party products as determined by Boardriders at its sole discretion (excluding purchases of e-gift cards, gift cards, shipping and handling fees, and sales taxes on purchases) on the Roxy website and at participating stores offering the Loyalty Programme.

You will start earning points over a 12-month period from the date you joined Roxy Girl Club and will receive 100 Points with your first purchase. Your points will become fully active 45 days after the purchase date. Until then, your points will be pending. Points expire twelve (12) months after they have been earned and activated, on a rolling basis.
