Roxy warrants technical products (sunglasses, watches, ski helmets and goggles, wetsuits) and offers, on a case-by-case basis, the supply of spare parts, a repair service (under conditions), exchanges, refunds and cover under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase with proof of purchase) or repairs outside warranty.
Roxy is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to Roxy. Roxy will cover shipping costs on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer. Roxy is not liable for any items lost in transit.
