Can I use a gift card on my order?

Yes, you can use your gift card on one of our sites: Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, Billabong, Element & RVCA.  It couldn’t be simpler :

• When you place your order, at the choice of payment method stage, click on the section offering you the option to apply a gift card.
• You need to enter the number on your gift card and a verification code. You can then apply the changes and return to your order summary.

By default, the gift card total will be taken off your order subtotal.

Please note, after three failed attempts, for security reasons, you will not be able to use your gift card for another 24 hours.

Your gift card can also be used to pay for shipping charges.

If you return one or more articles, you will receive a credit note which corresponds to the value of the returned goods.
