• From Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 12:30pm / 1:30pm - 6:00pm (GMT+1)
• Friday: 9:00am - 12:30pm / 2:00pm - 4:15pm (GMT+1)
Please note, to place your order by phone you will need the following information:
• the 16 numbers on your bank card;
• the expiry date of your card;
• and the CVC number (the last 3 numbers on the back of your card).
We will also ask you for your 3D Secure password to authenticate and finalise your payment (see What is 3D Secure?).
